The paint booth, measuring 60ft long by 16ft wide and 12ft tall, is registered and compliant with all applicable EPA and MassDep rules and regulations for emissions. It is equipped with electric operated, fabric roll-up doors on either end, two 4ft by 4ft access hatches in the roof, and integrated air-spray equipment. Embeded rail tracks in the floor move product in one end and out the other on custom-designed and fabricated material carts.

Welding stations come complete with provisions for local smoke exhaust stations and rotating jib arms for easier, ergonomic access to different welding locations and positions. Recessed outlets in the floor allow 110 volt tool use in the center of the bay without extension cords crossing main access aisles. A 100ft long fabrication table, located in the bay, is aligned and leveled to within 1/32" of an inch over the 100ft. This table, combined with a pre-cambered cradle and adjacent runway tracks, is used to fabricate welded box girders to 120ft long and up to 8-10ft tall.

A recessed trailer dock on the east end of the bay allows for easier and safer loading of flatbed trailers, without the need for fall-protection equipment. The bridge cranes above, moved from Mass Crane's facility on Progress Ave, are 20 ton capacity with dual hoists and travel the entire 350ft length of the building. They are equipped with tandem remote controls, allowing Mass Crane's fabricators to control one hoist individually or up to all 4 hoists simultaneously, with the push of one button.

Under the same roof you will find separate 50ft by 40ft bays for small part fabrication and hoist service. Both 2,000 sq-ft bays are equipped with 10 ton cranes and are immediately adjacent to the main bay. Additionally, the first floor houses the service department, inventory, multiple tool rooms, Mass Crane's large inventory of test weights, and a 75ft by 40ft climate controlled crane component storage bay. On the second floor you will find the headquaters for Mass Crane's sales team, as well as the engineering department, administrative department, two modern conference rooms boasting views of the fabrication bay, and a 1,000 sq-ft training room.
